HOW TO JOIN
THREE STEPS TO APPLY
STEP 1 : SEARCH YOUR FUTURE JOB
Think about your strengths. Focus on what you like to do and where you would like to grow. Consider the times when you most felt successful. Then visit our job board and explore current opportunities at Groupe Marcelle that match your interests.
STEP 2 : READ JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Take a look at our job descriptions. They are your guide to ensure you select the role that best fits your background. Think about your skills, experiences and achievements, and see if they match the requirements listed in the job description. If you think you could be the one or simply want to give it a try, go ahead and apply!
STEP 3: TIME TO APPLY
If it’s your first time applying at Groupe Marcelle, you’ll be asked to create an account. The reason we do this is to ensure that your profile can be easily found in our database in case further opportunities arise. Once your account is created, you’ll be able to add your résumé and hit send. You will then receive a confirmation email stating that your application will be reviewed by a member of our talent acquisition team.
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Application review:
After you apply, your résumé will be reviewed by our
talent acquisition team to ensure that you meet all the qualifications required for your desired position. If not, there may be another job for you; we’ll keep your résumé on hand for about a year.
Phone interview:
After a first evaluation, if you meet all of the specified qualifications, one of our talent specialists will call you to schedule a phone interview in order to get to know you better.
Interview:
After your phone interview, the talent specialist will discuss with the manager to evaluate if your profile could fit with the team. If so, the talent specialist will contact you again to schedule a face-to-face interview with the manager.
Test and background check:
After the interview process, another evaluation will be made. We’ll go through background verification and some personality and/or ability tests to make sure you’re truly a good fit.
Offer and welcome:
Now it’s up to you! To offer you the position, we will come with a verbal offer of employment, followed by an email to present the offer in writing.
On-boarding:
Congratulations on becoming a new member of our family! Your hiring manager will give further details, including start date and on-boarding information.
